When placing your order please provide a contact telephone number. Customers in Canada, please note that there is a Royal Mail weight limit of 2kg for mail handled by them so please provide a contact number in any case.
We still strongly advise ALL overseas customers to purchase tracked or signed postage options appropriate to your country while mail services remain under pressure. You can check which service is applicable to your country at Royal Mail.
Customers in the European Union - what changes after January 1st?
It is business as usual for our customers in the European Union:
- We are currently not making any changes to mailing prices to the EU.
- Our mailing systems have been in place since October 2018, so are compliant with international mailing requirements. Your books will be mailed as normal.
- The only difference that you will see is a UK customs sticker on your book package.
We have been mailing books all over the world for over ten years, so it's just an extension of what we do already. - The agreement between the UK and EU provides for a tariff-free trading environment, so you should not get any surprises when you receive your package.
Keep watching for our new titles during 2021.

So far mail continues to be collected, transported and delivered in the UK. The good news is that Royal Mail have resumed deliveries to most of the countries previously on suspension. However customers may still experience long delays, the length of these being down to air cargo capacity and how well local services are operating It is worth checking your own country’s postal service website to check on status for your postcode area.
With Christmas looming we very strongly recommend that overseas customers, particularly those in Latin American countries, Canada, South Africa, and Eastern Ukraine, use Tracked, Signed or Tracked & Signed services appropriate to your country during this time so that you can monitor progress with your purchases. Both mail and courier services are going to be under strain over the festive season so our best advice is order in good time and specify some form of tracked service.. Here is a link for you to check which service is appropriate for your country.
Thank you very much for continuing to buy our books. Please stay safe and healthy.
