Kampfstift (Dornier Do 17Z)

Inside the box you will find the original ICM sprues (one clear and four dark grey-coloured). On top of this you get some resin detail parts comprising the floatation bags for either side of the chin on one option, plus new main and tai, wheels and a new tailwheel unit. There are two frets of etched, one pre-painted that covers the interior with new instrument panel, side consoles, seat belts etc, the other standard fret offers details like the saddle ammunition drum ends, gun ring, cowl flaps, sights etc. Die-cut, self-adhesive masks are included for all the cockpit and ventral gondola glazings, plus the main and tail wheel hubs and landing light.

The decal sheets are printed in the Czech Republic and are of excellent quality with perfect register and colour. The main sheet contains all the national and unique markings (swastikas are placed along the top edge, so they can be removed prior to sale in any nation that bans the symbol) plus there is a second sheet with a full set of airframe stencils, including instrument panel dial faces.
 
Conclusion
This is a superb upgrade to an excellent kit and one that is most highly recommended to all Luftwaffe modellers.
