Lifecolor Primer

This is a new formula series of primers, intended to be equally suitable for brush or airbrush application. Although the colours in this set are specifically tailored to the armour modeller, they can also be of use to the aircraft modeller depending on the final colour the particular model will be finished in.
The set (#PS 01) contains 22ml screw-top plastic bottles of the following shades:
BC01 Panzer Dark Grey
BC02 Red Brown
BC03 Olive Drab
BC04 Tank Interior White
BC05 Burned Base
BC06 Panzer Yellow
As already noted, these primers are intended for brush of airbrush application. For the former they can be used straight from the bottle, for the latter they should be thinned to a 'milk-like' consistency with water of Lifecolor's acrylic thinner and they first coat needs to be lightly applied then left for 15 minutes before additional coats are applied. All layers will be fully cured after a few hours, although you can accelerate this with a hair dryer. The Tank Interior White is a neutral colour suitable as the base for many colours, or on its own, while the Burned Base is intended for paint chipping, rust of burned effects.
