Supermarine Spitfire Mk IX Cockpit (1/32nd)
Accessory Review
This boxed set contains a completely new cockpit interior, the bulk of which is made up of resin parts, such as the sidewalls, seat, bulkheads, armour plate, 'floor' structure (OK, really the inside of the fuselage skin), rudder pedals, gunsight, instrument panel with and without detail, oxygen bottles, access door etc. There are also two etched fret, one of which is pre-painted and it offers a new instrument panel (for use with the plain resin instrument panel) and seat belts, plus unpainted parts for the seat armour, flare rack, compass and gunsight mounts etc. There is also a small decal sheet with the dials for the instrument panel (for use with the resin example with moulded detail) and a clear sheet for the gunsight lenses.
